| Bruce S. Ross, National Co-Chair of Holland and Knight’s Private Wealth Services Dispute Resolution Group, is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law (California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization). He is a graduate (Order of the Coif) of Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was Note and Comment Editor of the Law Review.
Mr. Ross is a Past President (2006-2007) of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He is also a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law. He is a former Chair of the California State Bar Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section. Mr. Ross is a frequent lecturer on probate, trust and conservatorship topics, and director of probate and trust programs for The Rutter Group. He has authored and updated this Practice Guide annually since 1986. |  |
