Donna Bader, Esq. has more than 30 years of experience as a law and motion and appellate attorney, having prepared thousands of motions and oppositions. She has worked as a legal research attorney for the Orange County Superior Court and is recognized by the California State Bar as a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law, having written more than 350 appellate briefs. Ms. Bader is the former Editor of Plaintiff magazine, which is distributed to over 5,300 plaintiff’s attorneys in Northern California. She is the former Editor in Chief of CAALA’s The Advocate, CAOC’s The Forum, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers’ Association’s quarterly publication, The Gavel.

Ms. Bader was selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer for 2007, 2008, and 2009 in Los Angeles Magazine by Law & Politics, which selects candidates based on peer recognition and professional achievement. Ms. Bader is also the author of a legal blog, www.AnAppealtoReason, which focuses on advising trial attorneys on appellate issues.
