David N. Finley Esq. has nearly 20 years of combined experience in litigation and legal publishing. He has conducted extensive legal research in State and Federal courts, and has worked up a number of cases for trial and arbitration. He is the creator and co-author of Federal Motions in Limine and Federal Summary Judgment and Related Termination Motions as well as nearly two dozen additional state versions of the in limine motion line. He is the creator and former Editor-in-Chief of the national voir dire newsletter, The Jury Expert. He graduated from Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and an award recipient for best written brief. He is also an adjunct Instructor of Legal Research and Writing at Chapman University School of Law.


Monique C.M. Leahy, Esq., is recognized nationally as a premier author and authority on computer and internet law, medico-legal and personal injury litigation, and employment and worker’s compensation in her over 90 published works. While in private practice, Ms. Leahy focused on litigation, as well as corporate transactions and telecommunications law. Her professional experience includes positions as a managing editor at Lawyers Cooperative Publishing/Research Institute of America; director of the Reston Association with 60,000 members; city council member, planning commissioner and board of zoning appeals member in Leawood, Kansas; and currently she is on appointed land use committees in Reston and Fairfax County, Virginia.
